The Hot Room leads a free, all-levels outdoor yoga class at the north end of the Downtown Canal. The gentle early-morning session pairs movement and gratitude with skyline views. Bring a yoga mat. Registration is encouraged, and each participant must sign a waiver online or on-site.
The class meets near Admiral Spruance Basin, just south of 11th Street. Paid street parking and affordable lots are nearby, while the Red and Purple transit lines stop within a few blocks.
