Pilates on the Plaza

This free outdoor Pilates class from The Hot Room focuses on stretching and strengthening and is designed for varied fitness levels. Bring a mat. Registration is encouraged, and all participants must sign a waiver online or at the plaza.

Vermont Street Plaza is on the Downtown Canal near 414 W. Vermont Street. Families can walk or bike along the Canal; paid street parking is available on Vermont Street, Indiana Avenue, and Senate Avenue, with Red and Purple line transit stops nearby.
