Hands-On History – Research 101

Learn the foundational skills historians use to investigate and document the past. This hands-on workshop covers choosing a research topic, locating primary and secondary sources, and navigating a research facility. It is suitable for older school-age children who are ready to work alongside an adult on family, community, or Indiana history.

The session combines a presentation with practical activities. Registration includes admission to the History Center, light snacks, and all workshop materials. Check-in begins at 9:30 a.m.
