Canal Calm: Monthly Sound Bath

The Hot Room leads a one-hour outdoor sound bath on the green space just north of the Orange Bridge. The session uses soothing sound and the Canal setting for guided relaxation. Bring a yoga mat, towel, or blanket. Admission is free, and registration through The Hot Room’s Downtown schedule is encouraged.

The site is on the west bank of the Canal, across from the Colts Canal Playspace. Bike parking and Pacers Bikeshare are nearby, with paid and limited free street parking on Senate Avenue and surrounding streets. Red and Purple line stops are a few blocks away.
