This free, all-ages workout combines a 2–4 mile bike ride with stops for body-weight exercises such as squats, dips, stairs, wall sits, and push-ups. Tiffianie King of 3 B Fit Body, Beauty & Brain leads the class, which welcomes varied bodies and fitness levels.

Bring a bike, helmet, and water. A waiver is required and registration is encouraged. A Pacers Bikeshare station is near the start for participants who need a bike; Marion County residents may qualify for an IndyRides Free pass. Weather cancellations are posted by the Cultural Trail and 3 B Fit.
