The Gilbert & Sullivan Society of Houston presents a colorful comic opera set in Venice. Two gondolier brothers discover that one of them may be heir to a distant throne, setting off a lighthearted story of mistaken identity, romance, friendship, class, and duty.
The production runs approximately two and a half hours, including intermission. The Society describes its work as family entertainment suitable for grandparents and grandchildren to enjoy together.
