A guided meditation uses singing bowls, wind chimes, and a gong to create gentle vibrations within the Cistern’s highly resonant underground space. The 45-minute session emphasizes quiet listening, reflection, and reconnecting body and mind.
Guests must bring their own cushion or mat. Food and drinks are not allowed inside the Cistern. No organizer age limit is published, but the quiet format is best suited to older children who can remain settled for the full session.
