Hands-on Houston: YOU-nique Zines

Make a one-page zine with Zine Fest Houston while exploring identity and self-expression. Children can write, draw, stamp, and collage a miniature do-it-yourself publication inspired by Clutch City Craft, an exhibition about a century of Houston making—from mosaic street signs and cowboy boots to other locally rooted craft traditions.

The indoor activity takes about 25 minutes. Families may arrive at any point during the drop-in window; participation is first come, first served while supplies last. All ages and skill levels are welcome, and materials are provided.
