Cruise from downtown to the Waugh Drive Bridge and back while watching for the evening emergence of the bridge’s large Mexican free-tailed bat colony. A guide explains bat behavior, feeding patterns, and the animals’ role in the bayou ecosystem.
The pontoon excursion lasts 90 minutes and leaves about 45 minutes before sunset. Space is limited, and children must be at least four years old to board.
