A free community celebration from the Detroit Fire and Police departments combines public-safety education with hands-on activities, demonstrations, entertainment, and connections to city resources.
Activities
- Bounce houses, face painting, giant chess, cornhole, fowling, sack races, a dunk tank, and other games
- Music from DJ Tune Up Man
- Hands-only CPR instruction with Detroit firefighters
The event is designed for all ages. The bandshell is behind the Detroit Police Department's 12th Precinct.
