Learn about Detroit River fish and practice catch-and-release fishing with Outdoor Adventure Center educators. The program covers fish anatomy and identification before giving participants hands-on casting and fishing experience. Beginners are welcome, and equipment, bait, and instruction are provided.
Meet outside the OAC entrance before walking across the street to Milliken State Park. Participants must be at least 8 and should dress for outdoor conditions. Anglers 17 and older need a Michigan fishing license; younger participants may fish without one.
Preregistration is required.
