This five-day drop-off baking camp concludes with Baking with Chocolate day. Campers make chocolate lava cake and ganache, then prepare Nutella crepes from scratch with strawberries.
Earlier sessions in the week cover pastry cones and pastry cream, savory scones and French cheese puffs, funfetti cookies and s’mores bars, and blueberry-swirl muffins with blueberry-basil ice cream.
The program is designed for ages 7–12. Drop-off is at the beginning of the morning session and pickup is at 11:30 a.m.
