Chef Evelyn leads an immersive pastry workshop on producing smooth macaron shells, well-formed feet, and buttercream fillings. Participants practice meringue preparation, macaronage, piping, baking, troubleshooting, and filling while creating summer-pastel macarons. Planned flavors include strawberry champagne, raspberry buttercream or jam, vanilla-bean cream, and lemon lavender.

Each participant leaves with a gift box of handmade macarons, a recipe packet, and professional tips. Beginners and experienced home bakers are both welcome.
