City Glow Yoga combines an outdoor yoga practice with three-channel LED headphones and silent-disco technology, blending guided movement, music, and the downtown setting. The program is most practical for older children who can follow a full 90-minute class alongside adults.
A meet-and-greet begins at 7 p.m., followed by yoga from 7:30 to 9 p.m. Registration and a $10 donation are required. Participants should bring their own yoga mat and water bottle.
