Teddy Bear Clinic

Children can bring a favorite stuffed animal to Zoo Gardens for a playful medical visit. Staff and volunteers from the zoo and Children’s Hospital Colorado lead plush checkups and pretend procedures while teaching healthy habits and explaining how veterinarians and animal-care specialists look after real zoo residents.

Stations include stuffed-animal examinations, animal demonstrations and care-team talks. Zoo mascot Elbert will greet families throughout the event. The clinic welcomes all ages and is included with general admission.
