Harley’s Birthday Party

Celebrate Harley, the zoo’s Vietnamese pot-bellied pig, and the Animal Ambassador team through demonstrations, music and close-up learning experiences. Morning activities include a 9:15 a.m. ambassador demonstration at Gates Amphitheater and a 10:30 a.m. birthday program in Zoo Gardens with Harley’s training demonstration, a photo opportunity and a birthday sing-along.

Afternoon demonstrations begin at 1 p.m. in Gates Amphitheater and 2 p.m. in Zoo Gardens. Children can collect commemorative Animal Ambassador cards, meet animals including a box turtle and macaw, and finish with a macaw dance party. The programming is included with daytime zoo admission.
