What families should know
- Families are encouraged to attend. If a younger child becomes restless, the lobby has children’s books, coloring books, and drawing supplies so families can continue listening outside the hall.
- Seating opens about 20 minutes before the concert and is first-come, first-served. Late arrivals are seated at an appropriate musical break.
- An optional RSVP is recommended so the organizer can send programming or schedule changes; it is not required for admission.
- Expect a short, five- to ten-minute break between the Rising Stars and featured performers.
- Moody Performance Hall is ADA-compliant and offers concessions, but food and drinks are not permitted during the performance. Phones should be silenced; flash photography and personal recording are prohibited.
- Lexus Silver Garage parking is expected to cost $12 and accepts cash or credit. Nearby paid lots are also available. DART stops include Ross & Routh, about a two-minute walk away, and Pearl/Arts District Station, approximately a ten-minute walk.
