Presented by the African American Museum, Dallas, this family rodeo celebrates Black cowboy history through bronc and bull riding, calf and steer roping, barrel racing, a Pony Express relay, trick roping, and music. The 2026 program honors National Rodeo Hall of Famer Cleo Hearn and his work breaking racial barriers in Western sports.
Doors open at 6 p.m. and the rodeo begins at 7 p.m. Concessions will be sold inside the Coliseum.
