A demonstration of saag paneer and chicken tikka masala, including the spices, vegetables, cheeses, and techniques behind both dishes. The completed meal also includes rice pilaf, cucumber-yogurt raita, naan, and an optional glass of Pinot Grigio for eligible adults.
