Experienced Central Ohio Beekeepers Association members introduce hive structure, seasonal beekeeper responsibilities, honey-bee biology and social behavior, pollinator-friendly gardening, and beekeeping safety.
Weather permitting, the class also walks to the association-managed apiary to observe hive management firsthand.
