A mindful exploration of fractals, spirals, branching forms, and other repeating patterns found in ferns, trees, rivers, and clouds. After an introduction to why these structures can feel calming, participants walk through the biomes and grounds to observe them directly and consider connections among mathematics, wellness, and living systems.
