Cleveland’s Quenton Rubin Band headlines with an energetic mix of funk, rock, blues, and soul. Herb Wilborn Jr. opens, and hula-hoop entertainment circulates through the crowd.
Food trucks and vendors will be available. Families may bring lawn seating and a picnic, but tents, outside alcohol, open flames, and charcoal grills are prohibited. The event is rain or shine unless weather becomes unsafe.
