Hubb’s Groove helps celebrate Cleveland’s 230th birthday with a blend of soul, jazz, R&B, and gospel. Black Voltron opens, and stilt walkers and hula-hoop entertainers roam the Oval between performances.
Food trucks and vendors will be onsite. Families may bring lawn seating and a picnic, but tents, outside alcohol, open flames, and charcoal grills are prohibited. The event is planned for rain or shine; unsafe conditions may prompt a cancellation announcement online and through social media.
