Children can bring a favorite plush animal for a playful check-up or an “emergency” repair. Volunteer vets from the zoo, assisted by Cincinnati Children’s Hospital volunteers, will tend to stuffed animals with holes, rips, or tears while families learn how professionals care for zoo animals and local wildlife.
Planning your visit
- A timed clinic reservation is required for members and nonmembers.
- The clinic is inside the Zoo Clubhouse near the Huntington Safari Train Station. Enter through the rear Clubhouse entrance by the Children’s Zoo.
- Each clinic ticket includes one adult’s zoo admission and parking.
- Zoo members may attend the clinic free but must still reserve a time slot.
