Meditate with Art featuring Alexander Shelton

Older children who are comfortable with a quiet, hour-long activity can join Alexander Shelton for guided meditation inspired by art. Participants gather on the yellow couches in Schmidlapp Gallery before moving with the instructor to another gallery for the meditation.

The program is free and does not require registration. Families needing accessibility accommodations should contact the museum before attending.
