Family Storybook Yoga

Brain to Belly Kids Yoga leads families through an imaginative sequence of poses inspired by a story, combining literature with movement, breathing, mindfulness, and playful connection between children and their grown-ups. The class is designed for ages 2–8, although all ages are welcome. Every child must attend with a guardian.

Space is limited. Bring your own mat and register online in advance; drop-ins are not accepted. Tickets include access to all museum exhibits. Museums for All pricing is available by emailing programs@naturemuseum.org.
