Members receive two hours of early access to the zoo, with Pepper Family Wildlife Center scheduled to open at 8 a.m. Most other buildings remain closed until the regular 10 a.m. opening to protect animal and keeper routines.
The morning includes complimentary carousel and train rides, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the Member Center, plus a 20% Gift Shop discount. A free reservation and membership card are required; tickets are scanned at the East and West gates. Standard member parking rates still apply, and the special benefits are limited to the 8–10 a.m. window.
