Crowders Mountain State Park

Thirty-two miles west of Charlotte, Crowders Mountain offers an easy lake loop for families alongside more challenging summit hikes, picnicking, and fishing.

Summit trails are substantially harder than the lake loop, and swimming is prohibited in the park lake.
