Summer Kickoff with Resurgence at Canalside

This waterfront kickoff combines live music, children’s activities, games, food, drinks, and local vendors. Grace Lougen performs from noon–3pm, followed by Nico Zarcone from 4–7pm.

Family activities include an inflatable bounce house and slide, an inflatable sports-zone game, lawn games, face painting, balloon art, reusable water balloons, and Shakespeare in Delaware Park activities. Nearby attractions include the Buffalo Heritage Carousel, kayak and water-bike rentals, the Maritime Center, and the Longshed exhibit.

Resurgence sells food, beer, cider, canned cocktails, and nonalcoholic beverages; ice cream is also available. The source does not publish a general admission price or indicate which activities carry separate charges.
