Solar Saturdays

Weather permitting, families can use specially equipped telescopes to observe the Sun safely from the museum roof. The rooftop also offers a broad view across Buffalo and the surrounding region.

This all-ages drop-in program is included with museum admission or membership. Because observing depends on suitable weather, families should be prepared for the outdoor telescope component to change or be unavailable.
