Discovery Camp: Echoes of the Ancients

Young paleontologists, archaeologists, and anthropologists explore the past using specimens from the museum’s collections. Activities are adapted for preschoolers and children entering kindergarten through fifth grade, with opportunities to handle collection materials while learning about people and life from long ago.

Camp logistics

• Drop-off is 8:30–9 a.m.; pickup is 4–4:30 p.m.
• Prearranged late pickup is available until 5:30 p.m. for $12 per 30 minutes per day.
• Campers need independent bathroom skills; Pull-Ups are not permitted.
• Bring a non-refrigerated bagged lunch. A daily snack is provided.
• Registration, payment, health forms, and immunization records are due at least two weeks before camp.
