Discovery Camp: Camp-ocalypse

Campers explore the science behind science-fiction survival scenarios through recycling experiments, engineering challenges, and creative projects focused on building and powering everyday contraptions. For this session, preschool and entering K–1 groups are sold out; the page lists space for children entering grades 2–5.

Camp logistics

• Drop-off is 8:30–9 a.m.; pickup is 4–4:30 p.m.
• Prearranged late pickup is available until 5:30 p.m. for $12 per 30 minutes per day.
• Independent bathroom skills are required; Pull-Ups are not permitted.
• Bring a non-refrigerated bagged lunch. A daily snack is provided.
• Registration, payment, health forms, and immunization records are due at least two weeks beforehand.
