Perfect Memory

This hands-on installation by Boston artist crystal bi uses the ICA’s waterfront setting to explore how water and memory can help people imagine and create something new.

Visitors can make a floating sculpture inspired by the artist’s suspended works. Bamboo, clay, and other natural materials are provided for building a piece that honors formative people or experiences and expresses a vision for the future. The activity takes place in the Bank of America Art Lab and is included with museum admission.
