July Sensory-Friendly Morning

The Old State House opens early for visitors who benefit from a quieter, more supportive museum environment. Adjusted lighting and sound, limited attendance, and hands-on activities create a lower-sensory way to explore Boston’s revolutionary history.

The program welcomes all ages and is designed for people with sensory needs as well as visitors managing autoimmune or chronic illnesses.
