Children’s Yoga with The GreenHouse

An inclusive children’s yoga class designed to meet different abilities, learning styles, and energy levels. Each themed session mixes yoga poses with movement games, dancing, props, storybooks, and creative activities.

The class supports body awareness, listening skills, confidence, mindfulness, and emotional well-being. Caregivers may participate alongside their child or observe nearby.
