This free Flicks From the Hill evening features Labyrinth (1986), museum access, art-making, and dancing. From 6:30–8 p.m., artist Lusmerlin leads a Make Your Fiery Divinity workshop in AVAM’s classroom or outside. The activity welcomes all ages, but adults must assist children with hot-glue guns.

Evening schedule

  • 5–9 p.m.: Free museum and Sideshow shop admission
  • 6:30–8 p.m.: Make Your Fiery Divinity workshop
  • 7:30–8:30 p.m.: Dance workshop with Dance Baltimore in the Jim Rouse Visionary Center
  • 8:45 p.m.: Film begins outdoors on the Federal Hill side of the Jim Rouse Visionary Center

Bring a blanket or lawn chair for the screening; outside snacks are welcome. Popcorn, soda, and food-truck options are available for purchase. Extreme weather moves the film to the third floor of the Jim Rouse Visionary Center. Pets may attend in outdoor spaces, while indoor access is limited to service animals.
