Parent logistics
- Drop-off is 8:45–9 a.m.; pickup is 4–4:15 p.m. Pickup after 4:15 incurs a $50 daily late fee.
- Lunch and a snack are provided, but the museum cannot accommodate every allergy or dietary preference. Families may pack food; refrigeration and reheating are unavailable, and peanut/tree-nut alternatives are requested.
- Campers should wear comfortable clothing, socks, and closed-toe shoes and bring a refillable water bottle plus a labeled change of clothes.
- Children must manage the entire bathroom process independently. Parents and caregivers do not remain with the camp group.
- Staff are adults who have been screened and trained in CPR and first aid. The museum remains open to regular visitors while counselors move campers as a group.
- Registration is nonrefundable, including missed days and schedule changes. Limited need-based scholarships may be available through the museum’s PlayMakers eligibility program.
