Step inside the restored locomotive that pulled the American Freedom Train during part of its 1975–76 national tour. Docents explain how the train carried more than 500 pieces of Americana to 138 cities and became a major Bicentennial attraction.
Tours run throughout the event window. Participants must climb stairs and navigate uneven paths; an on-site QR-code virtual tour offers an alternative. Young children must stay with an adult.
