Toddlers and caregivers can move through a playful yoga class featuring breathing, poses, games, stories, music, dance, relaxation and introductory meditation.
Activities help children practice motor skills, group participation and early calming tools. The free class welcomes all ages but is designed around toddlers and their grown-ups. August’s session is scheduled inside Tudor Cottage.
