Cepeda Branch celebrates the library system’s 100th birthday with dessert-inspired crafts, wearable party crowns and birthday games for children.
The free program is designed for ages 6–10. Popular summer programs may use first-come, first-served entry tickets when attendance reaches the room’s capacity, so arriving early may be helpful.
