12:00 PM–5:00 PM
Age
Ages 0–12
Cost
Free admission; optional reserved parking is $25
Location

High Museum of Art
1280 Peachtree Street NE, Atlanta, GA 30309 · Directions
Midtown

The High opens with free admission and family programming, including drop-in art-making from noon to 4:30 p.m. while supplies last and music from a local DJ from 1–4 p.m. Visitors can explore the permanent collection and exhibitions including “Amy Sherald: American Sublime,” “Los Porfiados,” new photography acquisitions and “Paper Trees.”

Free general-admission tickets become available July 12. Guaranteed access to the Amy Sherald exhibition requires a separate free timed-entry selection; missing that time moves visitors to a non-guaranteed overflow line. The Greene Family Learning Gallery is closed during this high-volume program, and access to special exhibitions is otherwise not guaranteed. Museum parking can be reserved for $25.
