Children’s music teacher and songwriter Alyssa Easterly Miller leads a musical picnic celebrating garden-fresh summer fruit. Families can march and wiggle through songs about watermelon, farm chickens, marching ants, flapping birds and other summertime favorites. Performances begin at 10 and 10:45 a.m.
The show is on the shaded Great Lawn. Families may bring a blanket or ground cover for damp grass and should see the greeter about 10 minutes before a session. No show reservation is required; children must attend with an adult. Weather may move the performance indoors or cause cancellation.
