Kids Night Out: Small But Mighty

Children spend an educator-led evening at the Zoo with an after-hours tour, games, hands-on activities, crafts, a story and pizza dinner. The “Small But Mighty” theme introduces the Zoo’s smallest Ambassador Animals and explores their individual traits, their importance as species and ways people can care for small animals.

This is a drop-off program for ages 5–11. Advance registration and full payment are required, with registration closing at midnight on the preceding Wednesday; walk-ups are not accepted. An adult age 18 or older must handle drop-off and pickup at the Education Conservation Gate. The program runs rain or shine and can move indoors during heavy weather.
