Grant Park
Toddlers and their grownups explore elephants through movement, a game, a craft, a story and a singalong led by a Zoo Educator. The group finishes by visiting the elephants’ habitat to observe the animals and connect the lesson to what they see. Families also receive a themed scavenger hunt for exploring the Zoo afterward.
Activities are designed primarily for ages 2–5, with gentler exploration opportunities for babies and younger toddlers. A paid adult must accompany children. Advance registration is required, admission to the Zoo is included, and the program runs rain or shine. Paid parking is available along Cherokee Avenue and in the Grant Park Gateway garage.
