Portable Planetarium at Central & Unser Library

Explore planets, constellations and the night sky inside a live portable-planetarium program led by museum educators. The Albuquerque Astronomical Society provides the planetarium system, and audience choices help shape the presentation—from traveling to planets to looking closely at constellations.

The program is part of the museum’s summer outreach at Bernalillo County libraries and community spaces. A library’s space-related reading theme may also be incorporated to encourage further exploration. The activity is intended for ages 3 through adult; Central & Unser Library information is available from the official library system.
