Garden Music closes its summer season with an all-ages celebration of Albuquerque’s 18-mile stretch of Route 66. Darren Cordova Y Calor brings New Mexican rancheras and cumbias to the Festival Green Stage at 7 p.m., with dancing and Centennial activities honoring local Mother Road traditions—including cars. Gates open at 6 p.m.

The evening also includes an arthropod-focused learning program. Families can explore the world of butterflies, dragonflies, damselflies, beetles, moths and other insects through close-up discovery activities.

Food for sale includes green chile cheeseburgers with house-made chips, Navajo tacos, and red or green enchilada plates with beans and rice. A lounge upgrade includes a strawberry-thyme Lillet spritzer or its nonalcoholic counterpart. BioPark Society members must show a current membership card and ID for discounted admission. Refunds are unavailable unless specifically announced, and ticket exchanges depend on availability.
