Leonard Madrid directs a stage adaptation of Rudolfo Anaya’s New Mexico coming-of-age novel. The story follows Antonio Márez y Luna and the guidance he receives from Ultima, a curandera and protector, as he wrestles with family, faith, identity, and moral choices.
A post-performance talkback is scheduled for this occurrence. The mature themes and evening schedule make it most suitable for older children.
