Explore African wildlife and habitats during an interactive after-hours evening designed for families of all ages. Activities cover environments ranging from the Congo rainforest and Madagascar to the Aldabra atoll, savannas and watering holes. Families can expect animal encounters, educational stations, games, crafts and hands-on activities about species including gorillas, lemurs, giant tortoises, hippos, giraffes and zebras. The program connects animal adaptations and ecosystems with worldwide conservation work.

Bring unwanted cellphones, tablets and smartwatches for the Gorillas on the Line recycling campaign. Recovering minerals from old electronics helps reduce demand for mining near gorilla habitat in Central Africa. Visitors can also meet the giraffe care team; giraffe-themed merchandise will be sold to support conservation.
